Initial Meeting
The process starts with a meeting in your home to get an understanding of the scope of the brief. This allows Sue to get a feel for your property and style, and discuss with you what you are wanting to achieve. This meeting forms the foundation from which Sue works, to deliver an interior that is both beautiful to look at, and functional to be in.
Design Development
Mood boards are usually created for each room, showing ideas for colour schemes, soft furnishings, flooring, furniture, and accessories. Layout and lighting drawings are often part of this process. These boards and drawings vary depending on the individual project.
Quoting and Confirmation
Once design choices are made, full quotes will be presented for all elements of the job. Sue works with a large selection of suppliers from which she can source all elements of the design, and has a variety of talented craftspeople and tradesmen to call on, that work to her high standards.
Project Delivery
Sue oversees the installation of all aspects of your interior, down to the final styling that gives a space its individual character and personality.
Gardens
This process works in a very similar way to interior design, with the initial meeting forming the basis of the brief. A design drawing is the main element of the garden design service, accompanied with samples of materials and finishes. Detailed plant lists and plans are also provided.
Sues main interest is in small town gardens which she treats very much as exterior rooms – an extension of the house.
She has reliable and trusted contractors that can see your garden through to completion.
